5/07/2023- My name is Margarita Torres. I got my black belt and first dan degree many years ago. The test was on ORO TWD Academy from Guaynabo and was present Master Young Il Kong and Master Benny Rivera. At that time I was a co-owner of that school, the Master was Orlando Ruiz. That school was open for more than 14 years, I was the administrator and also instructor for many years. Deteriorated by the years I lost the certificate. At present I returned to practice the discipline with a goal to represent PR in Master 4 Category. The Federation ask me for the certificate so they can confirm my black belt first dan degree in international competition. Four or more weeks ago I wrote to the US ITF Federation asking for the same, I never receive an answer. My cel number is 787-315-1507. I need your help, please. Thank you.
